At MB Technologies, LLC, we know privacy and security are important to you.

This Privacy Notice describes our privacy and data practices concerning the Motorbunny LINK Controller Application (the “Motorbunny LINK”).

Collection and Use of Information

You can use Motorbunny products without the Motorbunny LINK.  Information collected regarding the Motorbunny product can be found at https://motorbunny.com/pages/privacy-policy.  Information collected from the application is below:

We collect and use the following information for the purposes identified below.

Pairing Motorbunny and Motorbunny LINK Features

To access and use certain Motorbunny product features, the Motorbunny LINK must be installed on an iOS or Android enabled device and paired with a Motorbunny product. We ask you to provide your name, username, password, email address as part of the Motorbunny LINK application installation process.

Using the Motorbunny LINK

As with many applications, certain limited data is required for the Motorbunny LINK to function on your device. This data is collected in a way that does not personally identify individual Motorbunny LINK users. This data includes the type of device hardware and operating system, unique device identifier, IP address, language settings, and the date and time the Motorbunny LINK accesses our servers.  We also collect certain information to facilitate the exchange of messages between you and your partner, and to enable you to adjust vibration controls. This data is also collected in a way that does not personally identify individual Motorbunny LINK users.

You may use third party service providers to interact with the App.  Those third party services may collect certain analytical information. The user is advised to be careful of the data that may be collected by the third party services.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell or share information relating to the use of the Motorbunny LINK with third parties, except as described in this notice or as otherwise may be required by law or legal process.

Safeguarding and Retention of Personal Information

We have implemented administrative, technical and physical measures designed to safeguard the information in our custody and control against theft, loss and unauthorized access, use, modification and disclosure.

We restrict access to information on a need-to-know basis to employees and authorized service providers who require access to fulfill their job requirements.

We have information retention processes designed to retain information for no longer than necessary for the purposes stated above or to otherwise meet legal requirements.
